Customer Policy Disclaimer Welcome to Reading Wranglers, a dedicated provider of services for individuals with disabilities, including life skills development and tutoring. Our mission is to support and empower our clients to achieve their full potential. Please review the following policy disclaimer to ensure a positive and effective experience. 1. Service Commitment Our team is committed to providing high-quality, individualized services tailored to each client's unique needs. We strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment fostering growth, learning, and independence. 2. Confidentiality We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients. All personal information and details shared with our staff will be kept confidential and used solely to provide the best possible service. 3. Service Eligibility Services are available to individuals with disabilities who meet our intake criteria. An initial assessment will be conducted to determine the suitability of our services for each prospective client. We reserve the right to decline services if we believe that our offerings do not align with the client's needs or if we are unable to provide the necessary support. 4. Scheduling and Cancellations Appointments are scheduled based on availability and the needs of the client. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension or termination of services. 5. Fees and Payment Service fees are determined based on the type and duration of services provided.
